Your User Name and Password

When you log into our site, you are asked for a User Name and a password.  These items are created by you if you register on our site. Otherwise, when you make a purchase (but did not previously register), our system uses your email as your User Name and generates a password for you.  Either way, you receive a confirmation email with your login information. 

How to Log In to our Site

To log in, click the Login tab, locate the Login Form (just below the left set of tabs), and enter your User Name and password.  Remember, if your registration was done by making a purchase, your User Name will be your email (i.e. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). 

Lost User Name?

If you forget your User Name, just look for the confirmation email you were sent when you registered or try the email that is on your Math on the Level receipt. 

Lost Password?

If you forget your password, look at the bottom of the Login Form for Lost Password?

Clicking this link will direct you to a page where you enter your User Name and email.  Remember: if you registered by making a purchase, enter your email in both boxes.  A new password will then be auto-generated and emailed to you.  

When all else fails...

If that doesn't work, please contact us and we'll be glad to reset your password for you and send you both your User Name and password. 

Note: For security reasons, passwords are stored in an encrypted format that we cannot read, which is why we must create a new password for you instead of sending you the current password.  After you log in, the "Your Details" tab provides a way for you to change both User Name and password if you wish.
