We are committed to customer satisfaction, which is why we have a 60 day return policy for all of our printed products that gives you two months to try them out to be sure they are right for your family. During that 60-day period, you may return the items (in original condition, except you may try out the record keeping forms) for a full refund of your purchase price including any sales tax, but excluding the shipping charge.

Note: downloadable products cannot be returned. Also, books that are damaged or smell of cigarette smoke or other odors are non-returnable.
